VIC Lab Wins Best Paper Award at ICCE-TW 2026
VIC Lab proudly participated in the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics–Taiwan (ICCE-TW 2026), hosted by National Central University in Taoyuan, Taiwan. During the conference, our laboratory presented three research papers and was honored with the Best Paper Award, highlighting our continued commitment to high-quality research and international collaboration. VIC Lab received the Best Paper Award for the paper entitled: The research proposes adaptive transfer learning strategies for improving Vision Transformer-based foundation models in seismic interpretation. The award recognizes the novelty, technical contribution, and potential impact of the work in intelligent geoscience. Best Paper Award
International Collaboration
Our laboratory presented a total of three research papers at ICCE-TW 2026. These studies were conducted through collaborations between Yuan Ze University (Taiwan), Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (Malaysia), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia), and Kasetsart University (Thailand).
These collaborations demonstrate VIC Lab's commitment to conducting internationally collaborative research and developing AI technologies for real-world scientific and engineering applications.
Research Presentations
ICCE-TW 2026 provided an excellent platform for our students and researchers to present their latest work to an international audience. The conference enabled us to share recent research findings, receive constructive technical feedback, and discuss future research directions with experts from academia and industry.
